You have GOT to take better care of yourself

I’ll make this quick: you have GOT to take better care of yourself!

You (yes you!) are struggling way too hard right now to not be doing everything you can to treat yourself beautifully. Isn’t a pandemic hard enough without also berating yourself for snuggling up with all of the potato chips or not scoring new clients daily?

Today, make self-compassion a top priority. Not sure where to start? Check out these cards from The Self-Compassion Deck. My partner and I bought these to give to the members of the women’s group we run (and scored some for ourselves). It’s so much easier to treat ourselves better with a little direction from someone else.

My direction to you: choose one of the cards in the photo and do what it says. NOW!

Tomorrow, choose another one. Keep practicing until you feel you’re treating yourself as well as you’re treating everyone else you love. All it takes is a little kindness to feel like more things are possible.
