Here’s the deal with limiting beliefs: these are the most powerful roadblocks we face. 

The worst part is we create them ourselves! Not only that, but we also feed them, nurture them, and keep them happy & active.           

Imagine walking to your desk and finding the biggest, most mangy, junkyardiest dog sitting in your chair. Flies buzz all around it and it stinks with a stink you didn’t think was even possible. Every time you approach so you can sit down and work, it growls menacingly, showing its huge yellow teeth. 

Now picture yourself bringing it your favorite snacks, setting out a bowl of water, buying a stupidly expensive memory foam bed for it. Crazy, right? But that’s exactly what we do with our limiting beliefs. 

Fortunately, there’s a solution. All you have to do is replace your limiting beliefs with positive ones that will support you and help you succeed. Turn that junkyard dog into a cute & cuddly puppy. Simple!

Simple but not easy. 

This is hard work and it’s absolutely required if you want to reach your full potential. 

It requires a willingness to be completely honest and also get close to the negative messaging that doesn’t feel good. It’s the only way to know what you’re dealing with and how to dismantle it.
