You can't think
your way forward.
Â
You might believe you need more information.
Or the perfect plan before you make your next move.
Maybe you’ve told yourself that
clarity will come once things slow down.Â
Once you finally have space.
When has life ever just handed you that space?
Waiting for clarity, without creating the conditions for it,
can turn into years of staying right where you are.
This is exactly where I found myself four years ago.
Struggling with big questions that I didn't know how to answer.
Wanting things to change but not knowing how to make it happen.
Until I discovered the Camino.
I didn’t find my way forward
by thinking harder.
I found it by walking.
Â
Walking allowed me to step away from the external noise
and step into a deeper connection with myself.
It's here I found my answers.Â
That’s what this retreat is built around.
Five days together in Colorado
Guided walks & hikes
Nourishing food
Special activities
Quiet space to simply BE

Why walking?
Walking gets you out of your head andÂ
helps your body make sense of things.
I’ve always found the answers I’m seeking while out for a walk,
not sitting at a desk.
Pair this with space & time for yourself, and this is a powerful experience.
For centuries, people have walked the Camino de Santiago
not because it’s easy,
but because it changes you.
This retreat brings that same spirit into a more accessible, grounded setting.
No passport required.
Just a willingness to show up and walk.
What's not
working
You’ve tried thinking it through.
Pushing through.
Looking outside yourself for the answers.Â
But more information isn’t creating clarity.
More strategies aren’t creating movement.
Your answers aren't hiding, but they're not going to reveal themselves while you stay in the same rhythm that’s been keeping you stuck.
What you do needÂ
Stepping out of your usual environment with all of its demands.
A simplicity of days that allows new clarity to emerge without forcing it.
A knowing you feel with your whole body.
Â
That’s what this retreat is designed for.
Â
Not more doing.
Not more figuring it out.
Â
A different way forward.

Your Guide - Lisa
The Camino de Santiago has shaped how I walk through the world.
My first journey on the Camino was a 550-mile solo walk from southern France to Spain’s western coast - an experience that revealed the quiet power of moving with intention, reflection, and trust.
I returned home forever changed.
As a result, my life changed too:Â
-
I moved from Connecticut to Colorado, trading a competitive, win-at-all-costs area of the world for a quieter, more beautiful place where I truly recognize myself.Â
-
My husband & I found our new house in the foothills of CO, renovating it to become our dream home.Â
-
I've changed how I work, retiring the programs that no longer felt good for leading groups on the Camino de Santiago in Spain & Portugal (and now Boulder).Â
And a whole lot more đź’ś
While the Camino de Santiago is known as a pilgrimage across Spain, its deeper invitation is universal: to slow down, listen, and reconnect with what matters most.Â
With Camino de Boulder, I’m bringing that spirit home.
Through intentional, simplified days of movement, reflection, and connection, I’ve created a grounded, spacious experience that mirrors the transformation of the Spanish pathway - no passport required.
