If it’s not a hell yes . . .

I recently picked up a new mantra, one that’s made so many decisions easier for me.

This first popped up when I was fretting over a big decision to continue with an organization I’d worked with for years. It was pretty obvious that the new opportunities on my horizon would need more time, but I still clung to something that didn’t serve me as it once did. As I agonized over what to do, the interwebs served up this golden nugget of wisdom and my decision was clear.

Try it yourself as you decide how to spend your limited amounts of time and energy. If something doesn’t meet the HELL YES! criteria, then let it go.
