The walk between wondering and knowing
Jun 25, 2026
Why do I keep suggesting that you go for a walk?
Because I know it’s the key to connecting with your truth, what’s next for you and to everything that your heart desires. Not bad for such a simple exercise, right?
Join me as we go for a W.A.L.K.
W - Wonder
Get really curious and be willing to play with open-ended questions.
Release your attachment to how you think things should be.
Let go of the polarity of “it’s this or that” and be open to whatever is true.
A - Ask
Ask yourself questions that matter, like:
- What wants to happen next?
- What am I not seeing?
- What do I truly want?
- What’s in my life that no longer works for me?
L - Listen
This is where the walking comes in.
Instead of trying to think your way to the answer, you walk and listen.
Listen to your body when it responds to what comes up.
Listen to what keeps repeating itself.
Listen to what feels alive.
K - Know
It’s not about figuring it out. It’s about knowing.
Knowing is that feeling in your body that makes you say Oh yes, this is true.
Knowing is an arrival. It shows up when you stop forcing the answers.
What’s really neat is knowing is already in you, waiting to be discovered.
I promise that if you try this, you will discover something life-changing. Maybe not on the first walk, but it’s there, waiting for you.
