It’s not out there

Jun 19, 2026

There are some questions that love to pop their heads up at 3AM:

Is this really what I want?

Am I still on the right path?

What's next for me?

Why does my life feel less fulfilling than I thought it would?

Just me? Yeah, I didn’t think so.

The thing with big questions is they want big answers. And those big answers can be life-altering.

Last week, I talked about some of my big questions
and how walking helped me find the answers.

If your own answers feel elusive, you may think the problem is a lack of clarity or a good plan.

That’s not true.

It’s not that you don't know enough.

It’s that you've become disconnected from the part of yourself that already knows your answers.

What would actually help is more connection to your own inner voice.

That voice can be hard to hear with all of the advice you’re bombarded with on a daily basis - telling you what you should do.

Those shoulds can feel overwhelming.

Overwhelm creates doubt and confusion. The result is either standing still or going off in the wrong direction.

Your answers are not out there. They’re inside of you, always. All it takes to access them is some space, some quiet and some movement. Elements that a simple walk can offer you.

The invitation is to take a walk and give yourself the space & grace to simply be with yourself. The more you do this, the more you’ll learn. Promise.
